I have been a customer for a long, long time and the in store crew with John at the lead does not disappoint. I converted to a saltwater pool 2-3 years ago and have been very pleased. It was time to open the ionizer and clean the plates so the conversion could resume. I completed the cleaning with a dilute acid solution. I put it back together and chlorine was again going into the pool. But there was a problem and my reattachment leaked. I talked to Chris at the store and he told me that Brian would be out to set it right. Sure enough, Brian arrived and within 5 minutes he had things flowing with no leak. I’ve recently visited this store several times over the past 2-3 months for general maintenance and troubleshooting for my salt system. Joey and john always took great care of me trying to sort out the issues I’ve had: Brian and his colleague came by today to install the new system along with giving me preventative maintenance. I've been working with Scott at Pools N More for the past 13 years, the best customer service ever! They always go the extra mile for their customers, I would say above and beyond always.  In my most recent amazing experience they were able to save me over $900 by getting the cell on my out of warranty chlorinator replaced by the manufacturer.  Not the first time they did this by the way.  You would be crazy not to work with such a reputable customer service related company.  I give 10 stars! I'd like to also add that their new technician, Frank came by today, the first time ever, doesn't know the history and true to form, scott, the owner always hires the best talent!
