  I've been working with Scott at Pools N More for the past 12 years, the best customer service ever! They always go the extra mile for their customers, I would say even above and beyond.  In my most recent amazing experience they were able to save me over $900 by getting the cell on my chlorinator replaced by the manufacturer.  Not the first time they did this by the way.
